About the Project:
The Phoenix location of Bluewater Grill relocated from its location at Camelback Road and the 51 to the new location at 16th Street and Bethany Home Road (formerly occupied by San Tan Brewery and Z’Tejas). The newly renovated dining experience includes a dedicated Sushi Bar breakout space and a lively sports bar lounge. A central dining space is filled with daylight during the day with diffused skylights and then at night, dramatic lighting is provided by cable-mounted lights that accent the artwork and sea life displays. An uplighted “wall” of ropes provides a visual divider between the bar and dining areas while the bar die wall is downlighted. The historic collection of photos of celebrities and memorable fishing trips was relocated from the previous location and spotlighted at the new location. The restaurant was Voted Best Seafood in Arizona and a new outdoor deck is coming soon.
