About the Project:
Desert Botanical Garden was founded in 1938 as a small garden club for the Arizona Cactus and Native Flora Society, but at the turn of the century it had more visitors than the facility could handle. The expansion was completed in 2002 and included multiple masterplanned facilities and pedestrian pathways to celebrate the Sonoran Desert.
