About the Project:
The Canyon Club amenity center supports the residents of the Robson Community at Quail Creek in Green Valley, Arizona. This 36,000 SF multi-use amenity center serves the active adult community and supports a wide range of activities – from fitness and wellness to dining, social gathering, and quiet relaxation – while reinforcing the warm, natural architectural character inspired by the surrounding southwest landscape.
Creative Designs worked with SHJ Studio (and subsequently Nelsen Partners during the CA phase) and Kimberly Timmons Interiors on this project which broke ground in October 2020 and opened in April 2025.
This project is the proud recipient of the IES Phoenix Section Illumination Award of Distinction for Interior Lighting.
