About the Project:
The Scottsdale Waterfront Residences set the standard for luxurious urban living and are located in the heart of Scottsdale at Camelback and Scottdale Roads along the Arizona Canal. Creative Designs in Lighting contributed to the ambiance with upscale lighting for the public spaces that included a rooftop pool deck, club room with full kitchen/dining and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. CDL also worked with Floor and Associates for the landscape and site lighting around the property as well as the facade lighting on the building. A mock-up to uplight the building from bunker mounted fixtures was reviewed by ownership and government officials, but was not ultimately installed.
