About the Project:
The Sheraton Redding Hotel at the SunDial Bridge is situated at The Turtle Bay Exploration Park. The resort boasts a 130 room hotel, complete with 4,000 square foot ballroom and full service restaurant named Mosaic. The project became Redding’s first four-star hotel and was deigned with extreme consideration and environmental sensitivity to bring the entire property to LEED certification.
CDL’s scope included the lobby, ballrooms, club lounge, and restaurant.
