Skyhouse Amenity Center at Promontory Pinnacle

Skyhouse is a mountain-scape oasis that beautifully features an outdoor courtyard, resort style spa spaces, a chef’s kitchen and a premier custom pool. This architecturally stunning centerpiece-area is an interactive and luxurious private entertaining space and will also include a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Promontory Skyhouse won a 2024 Gold Nugget award of merit for the Best Recreational Use Facility. PHX described the project as, “Promontory Skyhouse is meant to be the “pinnacle” private amenity within a private golf community that already has numerous award-winning clubhouses. So the challenge was a tall climb to achieve the “best of the best”. It was meant to be an extension of each member’s home where they can entertain and impress their guests. The idea was sparked by the mirror house that circulated on social media. To create a place that floats above the land, barely disturbing the natural plants and reflecting the sky and clouds. The steep slope of the land would have made for large walls but placing the building on piers and cantilevering elements saved cost and created a more dynamic appearance. The interiors appear to blend seamlessly with the exterior as materials carry through glass on walls and ceilings.”
